Why Kumano is a convenient hostel accommodation with bar and café in front of the Kii-Katsuura train station. It is housed in a narrow three-story building. The first floor is the Bodai restaurant (not directly associated with the guesthouse). On the second floor is the hostel. Currently there is one private room rental (2nd floor) and mixed gender dorm room (third floor). There is a common room space that looks out onto the station area. Drinks including local craft beer and sake are for sale. The managers are friendly with a wealth of local information. The open steel rafters and unfinished plywood and concrete floors makes a modernist, raw construction-like atmosphere.
※Only guests 12 and older are accepted.
We sincerely apologize but children are unable to stay.
